Your membership fee covers it all! No extra charges for utilities or parking—just your chosen membership plan. Occasionally, there might be a small print charge if you exceed your free monthly prints.

We’re proud to have over 50 members in our community! On any given day, you’ll find about 10-15 people working throughout the space, including private offices.

At Container Yard, you get 200 free black-and-white prints each month! Need more? Additional black-and-white prints are just 10 cents each, and color prints are 15 cents each. These charges simply cover the costs from our print provider.
